Copy of my email sent to cybertek France: Good morning, I come here to share with you my dissatisfaction following my purchasing experience in the Cybertek de la Garde store. On September 23, 2023 I came to the store to get a quote. The advisor is very friendly, gives good advice, is competent, it should be noted. On September 28, I called the store to find out the availability of products, and to announce my arrival for the 29 morning. Product availability is confirmed to me. As announced, on September 29 morning I went to the store to buy the products. Once there, the chosen keyboard mouse pack is not in stock, I am offered a pack 20€ more expensive (+66%). Well, I pay the bill. Only then, I am told that the screen is not in stock, and I am offered the exhibition model, and again without any discount. In the end I paid 66% more than expected for a keyboard mouse headset pack, and an exhibition screen at the price of new. So I asked to see the store manager, whose only response was “we will be more vigilant next time”. And no commercial gesture. I try to support local merchants, but you will understand that as far as I am concerned there will be no "next time". “Next time” it will be LDLC right next door.

For me everything went very well. Despite the reviews where some people had problems with their equipment, the computer I bought works perfectly and it was well packaged for transport by delivery! Customer service was attentive.

Good welcome, they gave me good advice on the different laptop options while respecting my budget. Finally I bought online from the store, lots of choice with good value for money. The order arrived in 1 week, great.
